In order to comply with the high standards that are essential for high-performance vehicles, we make sure that CSF radiators and cooling products are thoroughly tested. Our products are therefore:
- Tested for leaks (each individual product)
- Thermal cycle tested -Vibration cycle tested
- Tested in our wind tunnel (for optimal radiator core cooling efficiency)
- Burst pressure tested 10.000 times to ensure the products strength
- Sprayed with salt water to ensure their corrosion protection
- Dropped from 3 meters (in box) to test packaging integrity
- Inspected for fitment on 30 points to ensure 100% fitment
